We participate with many insurances. Since there are so many different plans, we encourage you to confirm our participation with your plan by calling the number on your card or checking on your insurance company’s website.
Most insurance plans require patients to pay for a portion of their care. Copayments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and debit/credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Once your claim has been filed, you may be responsible for additional amounts for deductibles, co-insurances or non-covered services. We will bill you for any remaining balances after your claim has processed and request that you make payment or payment arrangements within 60 days.
